ZHANG Nan is an assistant professor at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2008 and conducted post-doctor research in the university during 2008-2011. Dr. Zhang also has been visiting scholar at RWTH Aachen University in Germany in 2008. His research interests focus on Electronic Government & Mobile Government, Theory & Methodology of Development Planning, Virtual Society & Internet Culture, etc.
Dr. Zhang’s articles have appeared in several important international journals, including Information Systems Frontiers, Journal of Global Information Management, Online Information Review, etc. Dr. Zhang has been the project leader or key member for several research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China as well National Social Science Foundation of China. He has also been awarded as the Outstanding Post-doctor Research Fellow of Tsinghua University in 2011.
