WANG Shangrui, from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, is currently a Ph.D. student at the School of Public Policy and Management, under the supervision of Professor Zheng Liang and Professor Lan Xue. His research focuses on AI governance and government-citizen interaction. He has published papers in journals such as CASS Journal of Political Science, China Public Administration Review, Government Information Quarterly, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, and Computers in Human Behavior.
