International Cooperation Officer
FAN Chen Alice currently serves as a International Cooperation Officer at I-AIIG,focusing on international cooperation, international expert engagement, and the coordination of international conferences and projects in AI governance. She has supported and coordinated international forums, high-level dialogues, closed-door meetings, training programmes, and multilateral initiatives, working with UN agencies, international organisations, overseas universities, and industry partners. She also participates in cooperation with UNDP, UNESCO, ITU, UNU and other international organisations.She previously worked at the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC), supporting regional communications, education programmes, stakeholder engagement, and project activities across Latin America. She also has experience in international affairs at Tsinghua University, where she coordinated international visits, academic exchanges, institutional partnerships, and international events. She holds a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Sport University.
