Foreign Affairs Coordinator
Liu Chang, female, graduated from National University of Singapore with a Master’s degree of Arts. She is the coordinator of foreign affairs of Institute for AI International Governance of Tsinghua University. She once worked at Chinese Institute of Electronics, Cross Ratio (Singapore), and the Secretariat of S&T-oriented International Organizations. She participated in research projects including “World Class S&T Society” and “Promoting the Construction of a New Generation of AI Technology and Industrial Innovation and Development Ecosystem”, and helped organize and plan global celebration activities of “World Engineering Day for Sustainable Development”, and side events of “UN Internet Governance Forum” and “2020 UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development”, etc.
