SHENG Shuyang received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Peking University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Renmin University of China.
He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, and an Assistant Researcher at the Institute for AI International Governance, Tsinghua University.
His main research interests include international governance and cooperation in artificial intelligence, as well as comparative politics. He has participated in multiple research projects, and his academic work has been published in leading CSSCI-indexed journals, including International Politics Studies, Foreign Theoretical Trends, and Peking University Political Science Review.
