Today’s youth must be at the forefront of shaping the future – one that is sustainable, equitable and inclusive. AI technologies can play a key role in accelerating the innovative solutions need to help tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. The Institute for AI International Governance (I-AIIG) of Tsinghua University and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) are therefore co-organizing the U&AI AI for SDGs Youth Bootcamp - the world's leading platform for youth-led, innovative, scalable AI-based solutions to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Since we began in July, we’ve welcomed around 1300 talented youths from over 35 countries. Our last two months together has been an informative and inspiring learning journey and we hope you enjoyed it as much as us!
By now we trust all of you have gained a deeper understanding of AI and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially on issues relating to climate change, AI governance, AI ethics, SDG finance, vulnerable groups and innovation for the SDGs – and if you’ve come up with an exciting idea of how you could help advance the SDGs with responsible AI technology, now is your chance to show it to the world!
