Liu Weichen holds a Bachelor of Management, a Master of Science and a Doctor of Management. She was an Asia fellow at Rajawali Foundation Institute for Asia Fellow at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University from 2017 to 2018. Currently,she is a postdoctoral fellow at the China Institute for Science and Technology Policy at Tsinghua University, and an assistant researcheratthe Institute for AI International Governance of Tsinghua University. Her main research interests include science and technology policy, science of science and innovation economics. She currently focuses on global scientific mobility and scientific productivity, enterprise basic research, knowledge diffusion and other related fields. She has participated in some National Fund Projects, and her academic work have been published in CSSCI journals such as Documentation, Information & Knowledge,Journal of Information Resources Management.Also, some of her research have been reprinted by the materials of newspapers and periodicals of Renmin University of China.
